2010 Porsche 911 Carrera S

I bought this car to drive and have put almost 3000 miles on it since. When I got it, I had a preliminary inspection performed at Driver's Choice in Longwood, Florida. I was aware that the top wasn't working because only one side of the clam shell would lift up. The inspection determined that the drive motor for the left side of the clam shell needed to be replaced. I have the part and it will come with the car if it's not already installed. Was quoted 6 hours to do the job, but was quoted 4 hours at another shop. I have not had it repaired. The only other things listed as needed other than that were wiper blades, a brake fluid flush and a replacement seat switch. I replaced the blades and flushed the brakes. I have the seat switch, but have not installed it. Previous owner had the top rams replaced in June of 2021 and the top transmission and release mechanism replaced in May of 2021. Canvas top is in good shape overall and only shows minor wear. Plugs and coil packs were replaced by Porsche in April of 2021 and I have receipts for all of the listed services. Oil changed at just under 159k. No leaks. Car is dry underneath. Runs, drives and shifts great. Clutch engages smoothly with no chattering and does not slip. Car pulls hard to red line with no issues. Adjustable suspension is functional. No warning lights on. Clean CARFAX that shows some additional service records. Has the sport chrono option and heated and cooled seats. Tires are matching Michelin Pilot Sport 4s's with just under 7/32's tread in the front and right at 6/32's in the rear. Fronts have 2019 production dates, rears have 2020 production dates. All tires are wearing evenly and the car is aligned correctly. Paint is in good condition. Hood shows a few rock chips.
