I purchased this Turbo Z for myself and had no plans to sell it, but things come up, as they always do, and unfortunately, I have to sell the car. It's an '82 Turbo with the difficult to find, 5 speed manual transmission. The car has ZERO rust. I did a full service on the car when I purchased it (at 103000 miles), including plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil, differential fluid, coolant flush, air filter and fan clutch. The transmission fluid was fresh and at the correct level, so I did not change it. I put new BF Goodrich Radial T/A's on the factory turbo wheels and had them roadforce balanced. The car does not shake or pull at any speed. I switched to a spare set of wheels that I had because they were in better condition. The tires have less than 4k miles on them. Car does have some paint touch ups on it, including the upper driver's door. Paint is good over all with some age beginning to show. It has never had a complete respray as many of the panels still meter as original paint. T-tops are in good shape and have the card inserts and stowage bags. Everything works as it should, even the voice notifications and key cylinder back lights. A/C is cold. Heat works. No cracks in the dashboard at all. Door cards are in very nice condition. Steering wheel has been wrapped with a stitch-on, leather wrap that fits very well and feels great. Dry underneath with the exception of a very minor seepage from the steering rack (I have not had to add any fluid in 3k+ miles of driving). I have all of the parts to rebuild the rack and they come with the car. Comes with the original owner's manual and warranty book. Still has the dealer sticker on the hatch from when it was purchased new. Power antenna works properly. Car has an old school cell phone installed, which doesn't work, but I thought it looked cool and is period correct so I left it. Currently has an aftermarket stereo with amp, separate cassette deck and balance control. I have the original factory stereo that comes with the car. The car runs, drives and handles great. No smoke at startup or otherwise. Fires immediately. Turbo spools properly. The transmission shifts very nicely with no grinding in any gear. Clutch engages smoothly and shows no sign of slippage. Brakes have more than 50% pad life and the rotors are true with no warpage. Shocks and struts were replaced at some point by a previous owner and are still healthy. I have a folder with a bunch of receipts from the two previous owners. This was a New Jersey car that was used in the summer and then went to California and Texas. It was clearly garage kept based on the condition and lack of sun damage on the dash, paint and interior surfaces. These cars are getting harder to find, especially in this condition. I daily drove this car for two months and more than 3000 miles with zero issues. The valve cover is scheduled to be refinished in the next few days and I will post pictures when it's done. Engine bay is getting detailed as well (not with a pressure washer). Headliner is shrinking slightly and I will have it restretched and rehung to preserve the decals if I have time before the car sells. There are some minor cracks on the lower front valance and some very minor spider cracks in the right side of the front bumper. I have the removable cellphone antenna in the car. Original inflatable spare and inflation tube are present as is the jack kit. Trades welcome. Credit cards accepted. No dealer fee. Financing is possible, but would require good or very good credit as it would be classic car financing. This car can be driven comfortably every day. Call or text. Ask for Andy
